- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
- Item is not damaged due to misuse
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
- Cosmetics and beauty products that have been opened
- Food, perishables, and grocery items
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
How to Return an Item
Step-by-Step

- Pack securely with original packaging and tags
- Ship back via our preferred courier (we'll arrange pickup for damaged items)

Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 7 days:
- Same product, different size/color — free exchange
- Different product — we'll process a refund and you can place a new order
- Customer pays return shipping; we cover the cost of sending the replacement
Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
We Make It Right
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item: Free — we cover all return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping (typically Rs.200)
- Size/color exchange: Customer pays return, we ship the replacement free
