How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and click Checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and place your order. We will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your order shortly.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 300 1234567 as soon as possible with your order number.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order you will see an order success page with your order number. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days within Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad usually receive orders the fastest.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat Rs.200 nationwide. Orders above Rs.2,500 ship completely FREE.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and phone to see the latest status.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer. COD is available across Pakistan.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment partners. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Visit Returns & Refunds for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can checkout as a guest. We only need your name, phone number, and shipping address to deliver your order.
